We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, especially our spacious and recently renovated room. The top floor restaurant had amazing views and served delicious and varied breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel is conveniently located near beautiful Cleopatra beach.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its recent renovations and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The noise from outside was completely blocked once the windows were closed. I was impressed by the new air conditioning system, which kept the room cool regardless of the heat outside. The balcony in each room was a nice touch, perfect for drying beach items or enjoying the sunset while sitting on the provided table and chairs. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with modern elevators and a restaurant on the fifth floor that offered stunning panoramic views. The restaurant had ample seating, so I never had to worry about finding a table. The all-inclusive meals were delicious and varied, with a wide selection of cakes, pies, tarts, and fruits. The food was always fresh, and the menu changed daily to provide even more options. The large and clean swimming pool on the ground floor was surrounded by sunbeds, and there was a bar nearby that served a wide range of drinks. The snack bar by the pool offered a variety of options, including fried potatoes, salads, pasta, and grilled meat. The staff at this hotel were friendly, always willing to help, and they consistently cleared the plates and glasses from the tables. The hotel's location was fantastic, with the beach just across the road and the shopping area and bazaar surrounding the hotel. my stay at this hotel was a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

One of the best aspects of the hotel was the incredible views from the rooftop restaurant, and the delicious, fresh, and variable food served there. the recently renovated and spacious room was very clean and helped us enjoy our stay.

Our experience at the hotel was somewhat tarnished by a couple of negative aspects. the hotel had some serious cleanliness issues, especially regarding common areas such as the pool area, where there was an unpleasant smell.
